Colorite® Hose Company was started in 1948 in Garfield, NJ.   In 2001, Swan Hose, manufacturing hoses since 1927, became a member of the Tekni-Plex family and helped us grow to become the largest manufacturer of garden hose in the US.   In addition we have a soaker hose manufacturing facility McKenzie, TN that helps to keep 650,000 tires a year out of landfills by utilizing recycled tire rubber as the main raw material. We have manufacturing facilities throughout North America. In addition we have a recycling facility in McKenzie, TN.  It helps to keep 650,000 tires a year out of landfills and insures that all scrap material can be reused.

We manufacture hoses to fit every watering application.  Our product line includes Light Duty, Medium Duty, Heavy Duty, Industrial and Specialty hoses.  In addition we have specialty divisions that supply the Earth-Friendly line of Element™ drinking water safe hoses, soaker and sprinkler hoses that save water and Aero-Tube aeration tubing for aquaculture and wastewater treatment.
